VSR Yoga classes increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, balance hormones, cleanse and flush all the internal systems of the body, calm the mind and reduce stress. Our classes are non competitive and focus on safely progressing from easy to more challenging poses.
Classes are suitable for all levels. All classes include kirtan, meditation and relaxation. We supply mats, however if you have your own, please bring it along. There is no need to book for any of our yoga classes.
